BCLP advises Ventiga Capital Partners on strategic partnership with Omnevo Group
Sep 12, 2024International law firm BCLP has advised Ventiga Capital Partners, a UK-based private equity firm with a track record of investing in the European technology sector, on its strategic partnership with the Omnevo Group lead by Omnevo GmbH in Germany.
Ventiga Capital Partners which is an entrepreneurial and growth-focused investor partners with Omnevo’s senior management team and co-founders who remain in the business and retain meaningful equity stakes to achieve sustainable, profitable growth and transformational value through active, engaged, and responsible ownership.
Omnevo is a leading provider of computer and software solutions for e-commerce supply chain, logistics and buy-on-board technology in the aviation and railway transportation sector. Founded in 2021 and based in Wiesbaden, Germany, Omnevo provides digital solutions to increase revenue and efficiency for mobility and on-board hospitality providers. The partnership with Ventiga Capital Partners gives Omnevo access to new capital and expertise to further accelerate its growth.
