BCLP advises Tenergie, a major player in renewable energies, on the financing of a €107 million portfolio of solar power plants.

The portfolio financed comprises more than 330 plants with a combined capacity of 85MWp, located in France and installed on building roofs, on the ground or in parking lot shades.

BPIFrance, CIC and Unifergie acted as lenders and co-arrangers. CIC and Natixis also acted as hedging banks.
