BCLP advises Stonebridge Companies in investment transaction with TowerBrook
Mar 21, 2022A cross-practice BCLP team advised Stonebridge Companies on multiple aspects of an investment into Stonebridge by TowerBrook. The deal included a significant minority investment from Related Fund Management (RFM) and a substantial roll-over investment from Navin Dimond, founder and CEO of Stonebridge.
Stonebridge Companies, a privately owned Colorado-based hotel management company founded by Mr. Dimond in 1991, is comprised of over 65 hotels across the United States. The group holds franchise licenses with Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Hyatt and InterContinental Hotel Group.
In conjunction with the investment, TowerBrook, RFM and Mr. Dimond also committed significant capital to establish a real estate investment platform to fund new hotel acquisitions. Read the full press release here.
