BCLP Advises Société BIC S.A. (EPA:BB) (BIC) on its €200 Million Acquisition of Tangle Teezer

BCLP has advised Société BIC S.A. (EPA:BB) (BIC) on its €200 million acquisition of Tangle Teezer, a British company globally recognized for its vibrant, ergonomic detangling tools.

Founded in 2007 by Shaun Pulfrey, Tangle Teezer has become a market leader in the UK and a growing presence in the US, following its acquisition by Mayfair Equity Partners (Mayfair) in 2021 through a management buyout. The company’s international expansion has positioned it as a key player in the European and North American haircare markets.
