The global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner advised the Mendelson family in its sale of the iconic, 6,000-square-foot retail building which houses Nate ‘n Al’s Delicatessen, a 75-year-old legendary institution on North Beverly Drive in the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle.

The sale of the real estate follows the family’s sale of the restaurant business to The Azoff Restaurant Group in 2019, in which BCLP also represented the seller.

BCLP’s transaction team included Senior Counsel Kenneth Costello, Partner Mal Serure and Associates Andrew Chereck and Zena Ho, all based in the Los Angeles office.

BCLP’s global Real Estate Sector includes a team of nearly 700 lawyers operating out of offices throughout the UK, Europe, US, Asia and the Middle East.
