International law firm BCLP assisted real estate investment trust SEGRO in five successive acquisitions of logistics assets totaling €260 million.

Listed on the London and Paris stock exchanges, SEGRO owns or manages a portfolio of 9.7 million square meters worth €27.6 billion and operates in the UK, France and six other European countries.

Since December 2021, the BCLP Tax team in Paris has assisted SEGRO in the successive acquisitions of four logistics assets located in the Paris region and one in Marseilles, with a combined surface area of 175,035 sq. m. and value amounting to €260 million.

With these acquisitions, SEGRO is completing its portfolio of buildings dedicated to large-scale logistics, urban distribution and business parks and is also strengthening its presence in the Paris region.

For all of these transactions, the BCLP team was led by Olivier Mesmin, partner and co-managing partner of the Paris office, accompanied by Yecine Nour, lawyer.
