International law firm BCLP has advised Real Estate developer PROJECT Immobilien Group (PROJECT Immobilien) on all legal aspects of the lease agreement for a hotel property at Berlin Airport.

The property is the first German hotel of the Danish brand ZLEEP, which PROJECT Immobilien is currently developing together with Deutsche Hospitality.

Located at Alexander-Meissner-Str. 4, the hotel is expected to open in Q1 2024 and welcomes guests with 198 rooms. Final conceptual adjustments to the already constructed hotel in the Business Park Berlin are currently underway.

Zleep Hotels is part of the Deutsche Hospitality brand family and currently counts 15 hotels in Denmark, Sweden, and Spain among its portfolio.

PROJECT Immobilien is one of Germany's largest project developers, headquartered in Nuremberg. The company develops high-quality residential and commercial construction projects in urban growth centers in Germany and Austria.

"After the very challenging years during the pandemic, especially for project development in the hotel real estate market, we are happy to have implemented this exciting transaction together with and for PROJECT Immobilien," said BCLP Real Estate Partner Christian Lonquich, who advised on the deal, together with Senior Associates Sascha Ryssok and Julian Jung (all Frankfurt).
