BCLP advises on the sale of Full Circle Group Holding B.V. to Renew Holdings plc

BCLP advised client Full Circle Group Holding B.V. (“Full Circle”) on its sale to Renew Holdings. Full Circle is a specialist provider of repair, maintenance, and monitoring services for onshore wind turbines in the UK and Europe.
