BCLP Advises on Financing of Solar Projects for CIBC
Mar 18, 2025BCLP recently represented Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) as local counsel in connection with a $509 million total financing package for the development of a projected 430MW solar facility project to be located in Scott County, Missouri. The facilities, Kelso 1 & 2 Solar Projects, will be developed and operated by Arevon Energy, Inc., a leading renewable energy company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, and will be the company’s first utility-scale renewable energy project in Missouri.
