Summary

International law firm has BCLP advised Huuuge Inc (“Huuuge”), on its minority investment in an Israeli Gaming company. The company will use the investment to grow its team, invest in user acquisition and execute the roadmap for its core game.

Huuuge, registered in the US, is a global game developer and publisher, building real-time, easy and free-to-play mobile gaming platforms, with over 1 million active monthly users across 195 countries. Huuuge is one of only two US companies that are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with its 2021 stock market debut representing the largest offering by a game development company in the history of the WSE and the largest offering by a mobile gaming company in Europe.

BCLP were co-counsel to Huuuge, working alongside Polish instructing counsel Rymarz Zdort Maruta and Israel co-counsel, Barnea.
