Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) assisted Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC throughout 2020 on the financing of more than 300 rooftop and three ground-based photovoltaic solar farms developed by the independent renewable energy producer Arkolia Energies.

Arkolia Energies raised around €80 million. This financing will allow it to further develop the financed solar farms, which represent an installed capacity of 55 MWp.

Twelve bank loans were negotiated as part of two transactions in July and December 2020.

BCLP’s team was led by Paris Partners Jean-Pierre Delvigne and David Blondel, assisted by associates Maryne Gouhier and Maxime Dupuis, (regulatory / contractual due diligence and advice) and associate Charles Sechao (financing documentation set-up).
