BCLP advises Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC and Bpifrance on €125m financing of solar energy producer APEX Energies

BCLP advises Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC and Bpifrance in connection with the financing of approximately €125 million in senior debt subscribed by Apex Energies.

This financing will support the construction of 250 rooftop and shaded solar power plants by mid-2025, representing a total capacity of 70 MWp.

The assets will be part of the Acacia portfolio, which will ultimately comprise more than 400 solar power plants in total.

The BCLP team consisted of Partner & Co-Leader of the Energy Transition Sector David Blondel, Associates Gwenaël Fassot and Fabien Lambert on the financing aspects, and Partner Jean-Pierre Delvigne, Senior Associate Maryne Gouhier and Associate Alice Léveillé on the project and energy law aspects.
