Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) advised BPCE Group composed of BPCE Energéco, Banque Palatine and Banque Populaire Val de France on the financing of a portfolio of 175 photovoltaic installations developed by Girasole Energies.

This 77 million euro financing will enable the construction of 175 new photovoltaic facilities with a cumulative capacity of 50 MWp by June 2024, and is in line with Groupe BPCE's commitment to participate in the financing of the ecological transition.

The senior debt was arranged and underwritten 100% by Groupe BPCE via BPCE Energéco, Banque Palatine and Banque Banque Populaire Val de France.

BCLP advised the banking pool with a team comprising David Blondel (partner), Charles Sechao (senior associate) and Gwenaël Fassot (associate) on financing aspects, and Jean-Pierre Delvigne (partner), Michaël Haddak (senior associate) and Alice Leveillé (associate) on project and energy law aspects.
