BCLP advises BGC Group with the sale of Rates Compression business Capitalab
Dec 12, 2024BCLP advised BGC Group, Inc. with the sale of Capitalab business, a leader in Rates Portfolio Compression and Margin Optimization, to Capitolis UK Limited.
BGC is a leading global marketplace, data, and financial technology services company for a range of products, including fixed income, foreign exchange, energy, and now the FMX Futures Exchange. BGC’s clients include the world’s largest banks, broker-dealers, investment banks, trading firms, hedge funds, governments, corporations, and investment firms.
Capitolis UK Limited is a subsidiary of Capitolis, a financial technology company that unlocks capital constraints, enabling greater access to more diversified capital and investment opportunities. This sale will allow Capitolis to expand its solutions and drive innovation to meet emerging client needs.
