BCLP Paris Antitrust & Competition Team advised Altice Media - one of the leading private media groups in France - on the antitrust aspects of the acquisition of TFX and 6Ter, two free-to-air TV channels.
The acquisition was cleared by the French Competition Authority in phase I without commitments. The completion of the transaction is still subject to the approval of the ARCOM and the authorization of the TF1/M6 merger by the French Competition Authority and ARCOM. The Antitrust & Competition Team in Paris includes Partner Julie Catala Marty, Counsel Rémi Beydon and Associate Paul Blin.
