International law firm BCLP has advised Jeremy King Restaurants Ltd on the latest addition to its growing portfolio of restaurants, the iconic Le Caprice restaurant in London.

Jeremy King initially launched the Le Caprice restaurant with business partner, Chris Corbin, in 1981 and it soon became a legendary celebrity dining spot. The famed restaurateur has created some of the most influential restaurants in London and he re-launched the sought after Mayfair site last month. Arlington has already become one of London’s most sought after dining destinations, having opened to rave reviews. In a much anticipated come back to the restaurant scene, BCLP facilitated the lease negotiation of Arlington for Jeremy King Restaurants earlier this year. Our team has also advised Jeremy King Restaurants on The Park, at Park Modern in Bayswater, a grand café and brasserie concept, which is due to open later this year.

The team was led by partner and global co-leader of the Hotels and Hospitality sector, Laura Wild, with support from associate Hannah Westcott, as well as partner Giles Pink and associate director Jeremy Bark.
