Article in ‘Law360’ on the FRC’s review of climate-related metric and target reporting by listed companies
Oct 05, 2023Partner Tom Bacon, Lead Knowledge Counsel Tessa Hastie and Associate Yaniv Grunberg authored an article published on 5 October in Law360 on the FRC’s thematic review of climate-related metrics and targets reporting in listed companies’ annual financial reports. In this article, they summarise some of the key findings of the review, including areas in which the FRC has identified room for improvement as well as notable features of better reporting practice and outline some of the FRC's recommendations for improving TCFD reporting in light of these.
