BCLP’s International Arbitration Survey 2021 was featured Oct. 1 in Global Arbitration Review (GAR), following its launch on Sept. 30 at an event in London. The annual survey this year focused on the perceived problems with party-appointed experts and features the responses of arbitrators, in-house and external counsel, secretariat members of arbitral institutions, academics and expert witnesses from around the world. BCLP Partners George Burn and Claire Morel de Westgaver led on the report and provided their thoughts to GAR, with Claire saying that the survey findings provide solid material for “further reflection, and we hope, the formulation of potential solutions.”
